RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Ordered something that isn’t quite right? No problem, you can return your item(s) for an exchange or store credit.

EXCHANGES

Common accepts returns on items that meet the following criteria:

  1. Exchange is initiated via email by the customer within 7 days of the delivery date.
  2. Available inventory has been confirmed via email.
  3. The item(s) is in the condition it was sold to you. 

No returns will be accepted if you fail to notify us within 7 days or fail to ship the product back to us within 30 days after the product was shipped. Store credit will be offered for any returned items where an exchange is not available.

INITIATING A RETURN

Please send us an email to hello@commonequal.com with your order number to confirm the item(s) you would like to exchange and the item(s) you would like to exchange for. 

In the event you are unable to exchange your item, we can offer a store credit valid for 12 months.

You are responsible for repackaging and shipping the item.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for exchange: intimates/lingerie and swimwear.

Exceptions include damaged items or order discrepancies based on size for example.
