Shipping policy

 

DELIVERY RATES

We've updated our shipping fee structure to be much simpler. And cheaper. Now get standard shipping within Tāmaki Makaurau for $10, $15 for the rest of Aotearoa and $25 for rural Aotearoa. 

For Australia, we offer a flat rate of NZD35. All parcels are tracked.

DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to have your order shipped within 4-6 working days from your order date. All orders are shipped via NZ Post and tracked. Do NOT use a PO Box as a delivery address. If your order is delayed, we will be in touch.

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you register on the website. We will not check or verify your addresses or other contact information supplied by you. We shall have no liability to you whatsoever, financial, administrative, or otherwise if you do not receive your order as a result of your providing incorrect delivery address details. 

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Common cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather service interruptions, extreme heat, service interruptions, et cetera. 

LOSS, DAMAGE OR THEFT

Common cannot be held responsible for any parcels left unattended at a property address. All online orders have the authority to leave at the provided shipping address—please make sure you have a suitable spot for orders to be left.
