Koha Apparel is a not-for-profit, pay-as-you-can retail experience, using donated apparel. Our mission is to repurpose quality clothing donations for those vulnerable in our community. Our pop-up stores utilise a pay-as-you-can [Koha] system which allows those struggling financially to access clean clothing for free. Secondary to this, we aim to reduce the amount of clothing waste going to landfill.

Confident in conversing with various backgrounds and ethnicities and have strong relationship building skills with people from all walks of life.
-
Ideally, you will have existing relationships with local community organisations in a similar field.
-
A good manner and interpersonal skills.
-
Understand the effects of fast fashion and do your best to be a conscious buyer.
-
Have a clear understanding of the issues within homelessness and poverty throughout Aotearoa.
-
