Clear out your wardrobe, support local, and keep clothing in circulation
1. We send your kit. Your kit contains one 600 x 660 mm courier bag with a prepaid sticker attached.
2. Check what we accept. Please view our donation guidelines. Kits received that contain items we cannot accept will be returned to you.
3. Cleanse your wardrobe. Fill your prepaid courier bag with clothing you no longer wear. Each bag accommodates up to 25 garments.
4. Send your bag back, postage is prepaid. Drop your courier bag at your Australia Post shop or contact them to arrange a courier collection.
5. We keep your clothing in circulation. Once received, we sort your clothing and determine the most appropriate pathway for each garment prioritising redistribution through the social services we work with.
Clothing has value when it stays in use
We prioritise keeping garments in circulation at their highest value and greatest social impact — worn by people, not downcycled into lower value products.
We acknowledge clothing is a basic human right, but in reality, one that not all have equal access to. For people experiencing financial hardship, access to clean, quality clothing reduces social stigma, supporting participation in work, education and in everyday life without the financial burden of purchasing it.
Your unworn clothing has the potential to provide someone else access without barriers.

Absolutely. We work with brands and retailers to recirculate excess inventory, samples and returns through community distribution and resale channels.

In quality and wearable condition. Please consider the dignity of those you are donating to. We would never provide clothing to others that we would not wear ourselves.

This service covers the costs involved in receiving and recirculating your garments. This includes a $35 return shipping fee with Australia post and $12 contributes to quality inspection, inventory management, and preparing garments for redistribution. Where required, we carry out repairs to extend the life of garments before redistribution or resale. Items intended for resale are photographed, priced, listed, and stored.
