Loan policy

We offer wardrobe loans to stylists and production companies at 30% of the listed resale (our retail value). The standard loan period is 7 calendar days from the date of collection or delivery, unless otherwise arranged via email.

Where garments are on loan, you will receive an itemised list via email with a description of each item, its assigned value (based on resale price) and the loan fee paid.

Payment Terms:

The loan fee is due at the time of booking or prior to collection or delivery. Payment can be made through one of the following options:

In-store: Payment via app card reader

Online: Payment through a secure link, or via Xero invoice upon request

Once payment is received, we will confirm the loan, and items will be ready for pick-up or delivery.

Returns:

All items must be returned clean, undamaged, and in the same condition they were collected or received.

We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee for items returned with heavy soiling, odours, or stains.

Late returns may incur a fee of 10% of the resale value per day.

Items that are lost or returned damaged beyond repair will be invoiced at 100% of the resale value.

Cleaning fees:

Depending on the situation, the following fees apply.

Flat fee per garment: $5–$10 per item

Charged for light to moderate wear (e.g. scuffed hems, makeup marks).

Flat fee per loan: $15–$25 per loan (if up to ~5–7 garments)

Charged when a few garments require post-loan care.

Repair fees:

Flat fee per garment: $10 per item

Charged for minor repairs (e.g. split seams, missing buttons or hems undone). Broken zippers incur a $22 replacement.
